Itouch 4th gen cannot connect to wifi

guys i have a dilemma, ako na gicheck ang router ug ang ISP ok man siya kay maka internet man ang laptop sa internet through wifi unya sa akong itouch dili man jud moconnect bisag sa safari. considering nga maka connect man ta ko before..ako na gi reset ang network settings dili gihapon siya maka connect. unsa kaha problema ani ? can someone help me about this? thankyou and merry christmas

i hope it's not too late.

try deleting the wifi memory from your itouch. I believe your itouch detects the wifi automatically, delete that memory and restart your itouch, then connect manually.
