    Inform lang ko nga naay ni cancel sa iya payment kay nagka emergency sa ilaha.

    Update as of today: Wala nani ang 114 sq. meter.. Ako maguwang ang nagkuha.. Wala cya nipadayun sa katong 2 ka lot parcels of 74 sq. meter each kay mas ganahan cya aning 114 sq. meter so that would mean nga naa miy available 2 ka lot parcels tag 74 sq. meter ang cutting. Tupad ning duha.. Pwede ka kapalit sa usa, pwede pud duha.. 4 years to pay ni.. hatag lang ta downpayment.

    If pa reserve mo, texti dayun ko aron ma register mo sa tripping kay aron matan-aw ninyo ugma ang area. As what I have said, ang amo yuta is like selling hotcake, dali ra gyud mahurot. Up for this lot in David Heights Subdivision.

    We have varied lot cuttings bro, it would be better nga makakuyog ka sa amo tripping ugma, Saturday at 9am, 11am, 1:30pm or 3pm. Murag duha nlng ra ba ka lot cutting ang nahabilin.

    Just make sure nga maka-adto ka bro kay basig naa napud makapalit ato lain.. but before doing that, i suggest mas maayo makakita ka daan sa lot aron you'll see nganong ako gyud ni gi-highly recommend..

    For David Heights Subdivision (Fully-developed or High end LOT) located in Lamac, Consolacion.

    Price: 4,800 pesos/sq. meter
    Downpayment: 30k payable in 2 months
    Balance: 4 years to pay WITHOUT INTEREST

    Example:

    70 sqm x Php 4,800 = 336,000
    Down - 30,000
    Balance 306,000
    4 yrs to pay (Divide by) 48 months

    Monthly is Php 6,375.00. More or less 212 pesos per day. Nice investment di ba? Considering LOT prices in Consolacion will appreciate in a few years time - guaranteed.

    Phase I is already Full.
    Phase II (or the extension) has the following availabilities:
