This is a suggestion. Para nice ang opening, lights off, pa dub og mosulti na 5,4,3,2,1 (male deep voice) nya play dayon trendy music and naay moingon (female voice) Coming to you live at this beautiful setting in _________, Welcome to our ____________ 2011.... (bahala naka sumpay) And now your host, _________ lights on (gawas dayon) stop music and say your opening line. Dayon Opening Prayer (can be a video or song), Bayang Magiliw, Opening Speech by a Head. Ang sunod kay depende na nimo, Presentations, games, speech, etc. Ig human kay closing speech by a Head. Then Music playing nya Farewell line dayon sa Host like saying, "This has been another presentation of (name of your company) and I'm your host, ___________ logging off. Hope to see you all again next year for another great party...." Then trendy music playing. Done.

By the way, kailangan naa juy maassign na usa ka tao sa music. Di man jud malikayan na maputol ang program kay ga prepare pa ang mopresent so mablanko, so dire mosulod ang music para walay dead air nya aron dili dry imo party. don't forget to bring your sense of humor para malingaw imo crowd diay.
