Whats going on with RED Mobile?

3rd. day now that I am not able to send text messages or make calls using RED mobile.
First i thought it might be my card, but all my family member using RED mobile, and nobody can send a text or make a call, BUT can receive text or calls.
Anybody know whats going on with them
