For starters, never use your cellphone in extremely public areas(esp. public vehicles), and put it to silent mode so they wont notice.

Never talk to a strangers or people who you did know not while walking in streets like colon, manalili, carbon, etc.

Bring 2 wallets with you. One with the real thing (money, ID, ATM/VISA cards etc) and one with full of papers and some 20 pesos in it. Thats what I do all the time. Inig holdap, ihatag nako ang ako usa ka wallet nga baga pero papel ra ang sulod.

Never use mobile phones while on jeepney unless you are sure nga dili ka maholdap sa sulod sa jeepney. Be mindful of your sorroundings. Kung duda sa mga tawo, better mag paspas ug lakaw.

In case, maholdap na jud ka, ihatag nalang imo celfon and your other wallet nga 40 pesos ra ang sulod.

places = makro area. sm area. north recla. white gold new and old. pier 1 - 5. plaza indepencia. mcarthur blvd. downtown. lorega. martirez. country mall. barracks(near ayala).
