i know i can just go out and run
but perhaps naa group diha
ayaw lang nang mga pro's(dili nko maka gukod ninyo)

try running with the Ungo runners. i know they run at night from sunstar to IT park, and they incourage newbies. or if you are around IT area, there's this open space na pweded mag tuyok didto. you get to meet people pa.

huhu.. na injure ako left leg dah tungod ato stampede kadyot sa rock concert sa may APM mall last saturday. la noon ko ka jog last sunday. hope maka recover ko soon para maka practice ko ug balik kay hapit ang akong first race karon ng Dec.5. I will be joining the 5k. target time for 30mins. Goodluck

I hope naa maka hatag ug more info and details regarding sa upcoming 3rd Eagle Run this December 19, 2010.
