Jogging pants or shorts - anything nga maka bikangkang comfortably.
4.)
Extra shirt - kay pwede na mapuga ang singot sa t-shirt inig pa-uli na.
5.)
no need for shoes kay mag tiniil ra.
if you feel any illness, pain, broken bones, wounds, etc. please feel free to approach the coaches para maka-assist sila sa inyu during training.
