Ana man japon ko sauna... baho ayo akong wiwi murag nay tambal pirme ang baho... then I found out ako naman diay liver nadaot... then nadamay na akong kidney...di pud siya ingun na sakit.

increase your water intake for the meantime and avoid foods na grabe flavoring and artificial additives... helpful jud ayo ang water... everytime mag wiwi ka, inum jud dayon at least two glasses of water...
