mga ka istorya naa nag work sa call center ask ko ba pila diay ang regular working days sa mga nagtrabaho call center employees? Unsa man ang mga rights nimu isip empleyado sa usa ka call center company?

8hrs a day, 5 days a week, odd hours. lyk 2am-11am, naa 9pm -6am, 4pm-1am. ryts? ala me alam about ryts, pero pag benefits, anjan ang leave of absence, sick leave, medical coverage, 13th month. ryts? unsa pasabot? pero sure ko ala ryt to release call, ala ryt to choose sked, ala ryt to choose tl or team, ala ryt to choose acct. btw, the only ryt i knw is to file salary dispute, un lang. hehe

correct. follow gihapon tanan labor laws sa DOLE. Maybe due to the nature of the job, call center employees almost always have night differential pay, hazard pay and etc. Internally ang companya mag hatag2 ug kanya kanyang perks sa agents like commission, upsell and etc.
