    Default Don't feel exercising

    stretching lang sa bro, inat inat lang una, homan exercise ginagmai like 10 push ups or 20. sington man ka ana, basta panington ka, ganahan naman ka mo exercise ana.

    ayaw pag tapol tapol, ana man gyud ng exercise kapoy, pero inighoman nimo og exercise kai relaxation man sad imong makuha. lami kaayo ang katog

    mag jogging2x lng ka bro or lakaw2x gud..daghan na bya kau nga bata pa kau gi atake nag highblood..magsugod na 30 ang edad..
