    help!!!

    ang ako nga navigationpanel naa sa ako nga topframe
    naa sa ako nga panel ang ako nga login

    unsaon nako pag code nga ma apil ug change ang mainframe inig login
    kay ad2 ra siya mo display sa taas

    It has absolutely nothing to do with cookies or sessions. It has absolutely nothing to do with PHP either. This has everything to do with frame targets. =)

    First off, try and avoid using frames . It can lead to usability problems.

    You can use javascript to change the whole frameset's location :

    top.location.href="iwannagohere.php"
    (top = topmost frame)

    I didn't like most of you either. But heck, everything is different now. Looking back, I miss those days when we were still allowed to have a dormitory initiation. It was so fun running around the house naked as we swashed cold water on each other.

    about PHP?

    just avoid FRAMES there's a possibility that your system might be inaccurate. With frames, you need some bunch of Javascript to updated page. It's kinda hassle.
