unfortunately, my relative has only 160k(minimum average) per year of income, they require to have 200k =/ . nice unta for a monthly interest of 2.49%

BPI CC is superior in industry especially if you been banking with them for years....Credit limit increase very 6 months, they don't call you to offer things that you don't like unlike other credit card companies.
