Here are some simple & common table manners & etiquette that we all should be aware of:
-Don't talk when your mouth is full.
-Never burp in front of everyone.
-Always use serving spoon.
-Put your spoon & fork together facing up after meal.
Thanks for your comments.. Long time ago somebody told me that we must use our left hands in holding cold drinks para in case you happen to meet somebody and mag shake hands mo using your right hand dili siya wet or cold..
^ agree...
mura'g dili na sa dining table gyud. kay the glasses are always placed on your right. mao nang mga waiter anha gyud sa imong right when they serve you your food or pour your drink and besides you won't be holding a drink while eating, di ba. siguro sa kung naa ka sa usa ka party unya nanindog mo with your drink in hand.Originally Posted by magpul
@asty : I agree that we can use the right hand for drinks and just wipe it w/ table napkin (for right handed)... before shaking hands... boanga im getting use of using my left in holding drinking glasses.. the bottom line is - not to handshake when your hand is wet...
