    Default Raw lots for factory and warehouse need


    We have an immediate need of 2 separate lots.

    Lot 1 - 1,800 - 2,000 sqm. (for factory)
    Lot 2 - 4,500 - 6,000 sqm. (for warehouse)

    somewhere in Cebu City, Talisay, Mandaue, Mactan, or Consolacion areas. With good right of way and should be passable by heavy vehicles.

    Please send details as to location, size of area and price. Must provide location map for our initial assessment. Do send location map thru email to ariamzeid@yahoo.com

    there is a lot available in compostela about 2,000 sqm. i think, and passable by heavy vehicles. good site for a factory. just pm if you're interested.

    Thank you to all those who send their message in my email and responded to this thread. Your offers shall be gladly taken into consideration once you can send the location map. But it seems there's a little confusion here regarding this location map. A location map is like a sketch wherein it shows the location of a particular area. Kanang murag drawing ba nga makita dayon ang porma sa lot ug makita pud ang mga dalan that would lead to the lot/area. Nakasulat pud ang distance sa mga mohon that is expressed in meters. And since map ni sya, naa pud unta nakabutang na murag compass stating N,E,W,S.

    Having this location map, mas easier man gud to assess which lot is viable to our need. In that way, we can minimize the unnecessary trips. Should we find your item suits to our requirements, we will contact you to schedule for an ocular visit.
