HELP!!! HIT AND RUN! If anyone sees a Grey Honda Civic (not sure about it being a Civic but anyway...) with a MESSED UP FRONT in Cebu, please contact this number: 09218523352... Any form of help would be very much appreciated.

I got hit by a Grey Honda Civic last Friday around 12mn at Happy Valley, 5th Street! I'm heading home and was about to turn left and I think, he was about to overtake and suddenly smashed his bumper on the back of my car.. I was pushed on a tree in the corner due to impact and my right front side fender was all wrecked and the back part of my car of course.. I wasn't really mad at first when I got out, but then I noticed, the car was backing up and suddenly rushed straight to Banawa area. It turned off all the lights while rushing heading to Banawa so I didn't really notice the plate number. Yes, very sad! I Didn't really know what to do, so I locked my car and rushed to get a taxi hoping I could still catch that car.. But yeah, as expected, it got away! Now my car is in the shop, fender's front and back all wrecked and no traces of that Grey Honda Civic Car as I can remember, not really sure about it as a Honda Civic though, but I'm sure that was Grey and sure hell that front bumper was all wrecked too, for I am driving a Volkswagen Bettle (Really thick body, I supposed).
