guys, any tips
decrease rice intake, mao ni ako na obserbahan sa ako, naa toy one month gyud half a cup ra nga rice ako kaon every meal kay mo attend kog kasal man, ni gamay2x jud ako tiyan..sa akoang case ra noun i dont know if same sa uban..mosamot tngay kong ubanan ug exercise.
mag crunches. hehe. less rice intake and sodas too.
Less cArbs, cold drinks and alcohol, lots of crunches/sit ups and briskwalking.

uoo. less carbs. maintain imung balanced diet.. like sa qng kauban, nanaing kaau xa pagamay, karon, wala nay tiyan. hahahaa

less rice jud diay.. hehehe.. mag less rice na lang ko or mag oatmeal.. kana rah.. less junk food pud.. usahay mag pan de sal na alng ko mga 3 ka bouk.
try anang sauna belt.. murag effective.. not sure lang..
depende man gud na sir.. gamay ra ang rice intake if ang imong trabaho daily, relax ra.. kay gamay ra man sad nga energy imong gikinahanglan.. pero kung grabe sad kakapoy imong trabaho, natural eat more rice.. kay gikinahanglan man sad na sa imong lawas.. pero kung ibutang ta lang relax kaau imong job.. then kusog kaau ka mokaon, so natural modako jud na imong tummy. i suggest pasingot sir.. duwa ba ron ka og basketball or volleyball or cycling.. kada uli nimo cycling ba ka ron for 30 mins.. i'm sure for 1 month mohiyos na nah imong tiyan.. hope this helps
