Marketing Expert is required to promote a new online recruitment website in specific areas.

Job Description

Ideal applicants will have the following skills and experience:


1) Online sales & marketing strategies including packaging, online lead generation and sales process development, squeeze page/ optin box design for the website, upsell/downsell/cross sell process, etc
2) Can write marketing plans and functionality business requirements of the website.
3) A background in web development is necessary.
4) Offline marketing strategies

Successful applicants shall be able to demonstrate proven achievements from above.

This is urgent!! We’re looking for somebody who can work on our budget ($5/hr) on a trial period
and if satisfactory, more tasks will be given.

Applicant must be able contactable all the time between 9am-5pm Sydney time.
Must be willing to start immediately.

Skills Required:

Business Plans & Marketing Strategy, upsell, downsell, and across sell strategies, packaging strategies

Job Description

A recruitment industry Business Analyst experienced in website development is needed in a web development project.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
1) Requirement gathering and writing the functionalities specifications.
2) Be able to build the website architecture based on the functionalities/specs.
3) Documentation change management
4) Time and budget management
5) Testing of the product
6) Assist the Project Manager in Day to Day operation, including people management, other documentations, PA support, etc

Successful candidate will have the following requirements:

1) Experienced as a business analyst in recruitment industry
2) Track record of success in website development projects
3) Good communication skills with both business and technical people
4) Able to work in Sydney time.
5. Be available in Skype while working.
