I know the "salubong" at the end of the Bar exam is one of the best times in the life of a law student, to celebrate what is supposed to be the last step to take towards becoming a lawyer, but personally I think it's become too hyped-up. I know I'm not the only one who shares this sentiment. I'm a law student myself, and a lot of my blockmates agree with me on this one. Para maka-likay sa in-ani nga situation, dapat i-mellow down gyud nang mga celebration2x sa salubong.

But if anything, this should be a wake-up call not just for the Manila police but for Cebu police as well. Mike Rama was there, he should realize that a similar scenario could occur in Cebu. For those not familiar with the scene in a "salubong", mura na siya'g kanang Sinulog dapit sa Baseline, kanang daghan kaayog mag-tapok2x sa dalan nya naay beer. If that happens in Cebu, would we be ready? Basa ka diri sa forums, daghan kaayo ta mga fellow Cebuanos na sigeg reklamo nga incompetent ang police, pero kung sa Cebu mahitabo do you think our cops can do a better job? For everyone's sake I hope the answer is yes. Rama should come up with a game plan as early as now so that Cebu authorities would know exactly how to control such situations. The alleged perpetrator is from Cebu. If he was able to pull it off in Manila, how much more back in Cebu?

If the PNP can't handle situations, then we should support the "Vigilante" movement. Justice here is no good! So let "Vigilantes" hunt this coward frat members! May it be AKRHO or any of the noted frats that are linked to violent related case! In cebu im sure all of you know who are those fraternities commonly involve in crimes. Kita karun is following Gun Ban while these frat boys are freely carrying explosives/guns. I hope Vigilante will operate again.

It is wrong for you to say that . I am a member of AKRHO and I respect laws . I observe gunbans imposed by COMELEC . I am a fratboy but I dont freely carry firearms and explosives and I am not a coward either .
