ksecdd.sys error when installing OS

I'm trying to install an OS to my spare unit (p4,256ddr,20g hd)
- gives an error "ksecdd.sys" after the screen "collecting information" right before the EULA screen for xp installation
- tried the ff.
- replaced the IDE cable, replaced the installer(tried the new installer to a diff pc and it worked)
- replaced the HD both HDs are working, replaced the cdrom drive
- tried installing ubuntu but will only restart after the select the language screen
- reset cmos, bios

my answer is with this 2. tried ang tested. for me one cause is the cd installer kay gas2x, second is the memory is pag reinstall nimo mao ghapon ang mo occur.

cd rom drive has been replaced.
installer is new(no scratches whatsoever, used the installer on my other pc and it worked)

hmmp..will try to replace the ram then and see what happens..

Cd rom or cd installer ang daot ana bai, try na tanaw sa cd nimo dili ba garas or ang cd rom, nimo daot ug leans ... Replace lang ...
