2+ bedroom house within city location

We're looking for a house (at least 2 bedrooms, preferably not duplex or townhouses) within Cebu City na puede rent to own. We're renting a house right now at P15K/month and it's such a waste (I think). Sayang ang money coz we won't be able to own the house in the end. Anyone here who has a house for sale na puede rent to own? Or anyone who knows someone else?

I suggest you get housing nalang, a maximum of 10k per month you can get your own house.It's either through pag-ibig or bank financing.15k is such a waste jud, I agree with you.All you have to do is look for a realtor.☺☺☺
