Ang Bayad ana sa LTO when Updating Motor Vehicle is only P240. But you have to Get PNP clearance and Macro Etching P200 (Land bank ka bayad), MVIS P50 (sa LTO MVIS ka bayad), Emmission P400 (authorized emmission center), then Deed of Sale Notarization is P10 per thousand (sa abogado ka bayad). Mao ra na ang sakto na bayran, the rest is S.O.P..

Sa Makro etching gipangayuan pa ko S.O.P. na P200, hatag nalang ko aron madali. Upon submission sa PNP for filing of clearance, gipangayuan na pud ko P200 para rush daw (1 hr lang) otherwise balikan after 3 days.

penalty would be 150% sa registration fee
