i and my mom will always have a fight kung mag hisgot ug sakit ug ilang treatment...
my course is related to medical field so kung nay masakit sa pamilya ako'y tawgon, karn ang nahitabo ako na may nasakit..

    sir,

it is basically not pride and ego.

you have to understand that there are times when herbal medications can be detrimental to a medical condition rather than being helpful.

take for example, when your kidneys fail, they lose the ability to filter wastes.

taking herbal medications with this condition can make things worse because herbal medications can contain ingredients that can worsen the patient's current medical condition.

herbal medication is part of the culture, but one must understand that sometimes, herbal medications are not the appropriate treatment.

the whole point is making the TS's mother understand this.

that sometimes, there is a need to lean on the medical aspect.

usahay man gud..naa tendency ang mga inahan nga ipamugos ilang pamaagi....

malain sad ka usahay oi..g eskwelahan gud na nimo..nya mismo imng mama di mutuo nimo...

unsa nlng kaha ang uban taw.

i agree, it's not a matter of pride or ego...

sometimes our parents tend to lean towards alternative meds and well, you know the rest...
    hehehe..
we just have to be firm with them. i know they mean well but well, sometimes you know better

lisud kaau na bai.... often we can't see the line that differentiates what can hurt the feelings of our loved ones.... as a child, we should bear the weight of being more understanding to our aging parents.... dili sad hinoun malikayan makasakit gyud ta nila, pero we should be the ones who should take the initiative to ease the tension.... sometimes, proving ur right is not the right way of handling things... a moment of silence can do a whole lot better....
