information, tools and patience...
why information? - if you don't know how then search the net, if you already know then you know what to do...hehehe...
tools - philips score drive is not enough, remember there are screws that has differnt form. must have different tools as possible,
patience - as possible start in the morning, cause if you start in the afternoon you will finished midnight, even you just have to change a spring it will really takes time(except for ICS aegs it only taken me 10 mins to change the spring) and fixing a one magazine taken me 2hours hehehe... patience is a virtue...
