How would i know that they have sent me the genuine item? And i can't even used the youtube and cant install the yahoo messenger as well as the skype.

ok
btw, ang iRobot doesn't have MIA printed on the back of the device. The box has epad (internet explorer logo)+ pad. The pirated of the pirated irobot has MIA on the back.
