hello istoryans, some advice thr..

Well, the story goes like ths, i am nw currently cnnctd with one the company for over 2yrs. Nasulod ko ani dri nga work because of some connection, which dffintly ang ng.hire nko ang tag.iya jd.. They are really good to me thats why i stayed that long pro dli jd dako ang sweldo. Thr is a man who want to hire me, he's an autrallian... ang ako sweldo dri sa ako g.trabahuan he gonna mke it x2.. provided with a service unit(car).. Now ako lng is.. nahan unta ko m.balhin but maikog jd ko sa tag.iya and the fact nga dri pa jd sa iya company nka ila nko ang australlian,.. wla jd ko kbalo unsaon ni nko even how to do a first move.. pls post some advice...

common ni imo sitwasyon bro labig nag naa ka sa sales (which i assume) mostly man gani mga tawo magtuyok tuyok ra sa ilang industry from one company to the other depende lng kinsay dakog offer nya ang naka nindot gyud ani kay ang tag iya jud or CEO ang mo offer nimo.. which is hard to resist.. ang imo lang is pasabta lang imo boss nga somebody is giving you a good offer and opportunity mosabot ra na oi.. who knows iya taparan ang offer sa pikas kung good performer gyud ka.. goodluck!

tnx jd kaayu sa inyu mga post bro... i do appreciate it,,. actuallly, ths s the 2nd time nga naa ng.offer nko.. last time ako gi let go... because of the fact nga maikog ko nila.. i only think that dli to para ako ang first opportunity.. That guy was a certified ship captain nga nag build ug review center for marine and deck officer, he's really good.. in fact ng mahay ko ato nga time.. I always put on my mind that naa pa 2nd oppurtunity nga m.abot, but i nver xpect that at this early time, coz ako to gi let go last june pa jd. Ang nka lisod rn, ang ako boss of my current job expcting me a lot, and i dont want to dssapoint him.. lisora jd oi..huhu,,

i believe that your boss right now is a professional so kung imo lang na siya maexplainan ug tarong, makasabot gyud na siya. work is work so walay personalan, if you decide to jump to another company for a much greener pasture, then go for it.

things like this happen. we work, we get attached to either our work or to our surroundings, and when the time comes nga naay nindot nga opporunity nga moabot, maglisod ta ug biya kay attached na ta. it's normal. however, try to weigh out your options labi na imong future. will you have a much better future with your current company or will you have it kung mobalhin ka?

actually, ayaw lang pud hunahunaa ang monetary aspect though i know nga dako gyud kaayo na siya nga factor. aside from the rate, think about these things, which offers a better career growth, your current company or ang bago? which offers better benefits (aside sa salary)? nature or line of work?

think for what's best for you but inform your boss in a good and professional manner. i guarantee you, makasabot ra gyud na imong boss.

i think if buotan sad imu boss, nya imu pasabton na nag kinahanglan ka ug dakong sweldo basin offeran pa hinuon ka. try to talk lng sa imung boss. musabot ra lagi na.
