    Talking Exercise/ Workout Order?

Hey guys, im quite confused on what to do 1st. im into beginners workout and planning doing it as my workout routine, can anyone tell me the right order of doing workout?

    example
    this is my guess
    1st warm up
    2nd cool down?
    3rd Cardio like jogging then
    4th Push ups,crunches,dips,pull ups,lunges?

pls tell me the right order...
    thanks in advance

I only do warmup before I lift weights. Maybe 10 minutes for situps afterwards. That way I don't spend too much time at the gym. I don't mix cardio and weightlifting in the same workout. I split my workout into early morning and afternoon, so if I'm sprinting in the morning I'll lift weights in the afternoon.

    day 1: (weights)
1st stretching (to flex and prepare your joints/body parts)
2nd warm up ex: jog in place (to increase your body temperature)
    3rd lift weights (chest,biceps or back,triceps or shoulder,legs)
4th abs exercise (everytime you lift weights)
    5th stretching

    day 2: (cardio)
1st stretching (to flex and prepare your joints/body parts)
2nd warm up ex: jog in place (to increase your body temperature)
    3rd cardio ex:jogging
4th cool down (returning to your normal body temperature)
    5th stretching

You can alternate the days, make sure you have rest days.

1st - Warm up either by doing cardio for 10 minutes or do dynamic stretching
    2nd - workout
3rd - cool down by doing static stretching

2nd-warm up (jog, stationary bikes or even sit ups or leg raise ok nana)

    @ rioko
here what's efficient for me @ present
    1. short jog around 3 minutes)
    2. warm-up (stretching one body part alternate with rotation(or twisting) one body part ex. neck rotation followed by side stretching ..then goin down to lower parts)
    3. run/jog (or your main exercise routines)
    4. cool down ( stretching/rotation the same body parts but twice the time(repitition) spent during warm -up)

    mao na.

ang principle sa 1 & 2 is that its not safe to do WARM-up (stretching/twisting/rotation) kung wala pa na spark imong dugo ug kaunuran.

medyo libug but sa inato na pagka-istorya:
"kinahanglan mag painit sa dugo ug unod sa di pa mag actual warm-up"

for number 4 : panguntra na sa pamaol later.
stretching your already stretched parts twice the time after your main exercises
