What are your interests? Computers? Automobiles? Games? It's easier to make a business out of something that you love.

Aside from that, try to look at the current market and define who you're target market is. The students, the working yuppies, the young executives or professionals, the mom, the house wives, etc.. And try to find your niche market (a specific product) that you can provide to them.

Don't get discouraged if it sounds hard. But careful planning and a well thought-out plan usually makes business plans successful.
