VIRTUAL KEYPAD for PDA's?

are there any software,specifically for pocket pc's where in it emulates a KEYPAD the same with ordinary cellphones?getz?para mkatext pa rin using the thumb finger direct to the touch screen of the PDA like the way we text in ordinary cellphones?

the reason why it is needed:
- para at least pang one hand lng ba.in times where in its time consuming to use stylus or ur unable to use both hands in typing.
- disabled users na may PDA's
