Midfoot/Forefoot Running does not necessarily mean its the correct way of running. Heelstriking does not necessarily mean its the wrong way of running.
There's a lot of elite runners who run either foot strike. Either one does not necessarily offer any advantage in real life situations (But other tend to dispute this THEORETICALLY...Lol.).
Just don't pressure yourself too much. Watch some videos regarding running and look at the posture more. Run what is comfortable with you (Forefoot/Midfoot/Heelstrike) and you'll be fine.![]()
but i prefer the midfoot strike, less prone to injury than heel striker kinsa may ganahan magsige ka ka injure
yup chi running is a good example of midfoot strike
pagaan lang.. not so fast not so slow.. and importante jud ang warm up
