Default Amend Qualifications of Governor up to President

If we are to amend the qualifications of the governor up to president through Charter Change, what do you think should be changed?

For me, education should be first. Like in congress, one of the qualifications of congress candidate should be a lawyer and not just any Filipino citizen. Tell us your opinion.

i dont think being a lawyer is one requirement of being a congressman, there are lots of congressman that doesnt have educational degree.
this should be the change must be done as a requirement for running as a congressman coz they will be the one to create laws.

-para nako mas maayu if naa xa economics background...government is economics baya...
-then mas maayu if mag background check. where he/she came from, source of income before running a certain position(to reduce family dynasties).
-dapat naay mga quota sa achievements. like bills passed and approved. mga projects
-experience in serving the country in times of calamities.. samot na if presidente... awa arroyo, wala jud xa perme dri pinas if naa calamities. dli man gani mu uli pinas para mu tabang kung naay mahitabo.

NDCC diay. Na timing lang siguro na she was abroad when the calamities happened. She shouldn't be blamed for that.

Are you blaming GMA for the ONDOY devastation?

btw its not the comelec who will be making the changes for the requirements, its the congress.

first things first..the 1987 constitution needs to be amended first as to the requirements for public office and on what qualifications they should possess in order for them to perform their task.. pero on the other side of the coin, bsan pa mag set tag qualifications or requirements nga dapat well versed sa public administration, familiar sa balaod dli mn pud na assurance nga they'll perform well on their task.. libog ning pulitia usahay!

gamay ra sila nga country, taas na kaau ug qualifications...how much more sa daku nga country sama sa atoa?

not only this one...increase ang sweldo sa mga gov~president...make it a 500k or above ang sweldo sa gov...aron ma minimize ang kurakot.

i agree.... let's observe the performance of this new congressmen/congresswomen that don;t have the essential educational background. if they perform better, then okay ra siguro nga wala makahuman ug high school or college or worst elementary ang modala sa atong nasud.
