    Default unsay pampawala sa bilbil sa tiyan?..


    while ng buntis pako, tambok kaayo ko ky cge kaon, after giving birth ng take ko og pampa slim, yes hing gamay ko but ang ako tyan dli mn ma klaro but lay2x jd cya...unsaon ni pagpa firm, nga dli mka affect sa akong tahi coz ceasarian section ko....

    jogging grabe makapa gamay sa tiyan. leg raise kay maka gahi sa tiyan. lay flat on the floor, both arms on side, raise both feet together. do 100 times

    imong pasabot imong tiyan ni loag? di sya tambok pero laylay?... as in loose skin around the stomach? maybe what you have is excess skin, not fat. ingon ani maning uban specially after manganak kay while buntis mo expand man ang tiyan so ma stretched sad imong skin but unfortunately they dont always spring back to their natural form.

    maybe imong pasabot is you want to know how to make your stomach firm and tight? kasagaran man gud sa advice is unsaon pagamay sa tiyan. unfortunately i don't have any good advice other than doing abdominal exercise and try toning up the muscles around your stomach..... as in 6 packs.... which i know is quite hard to achieve specially if you just had a baby. but if you want something more drastic, i think there something called "tummy tuck".

    thank u mga sis and bro...i tried already exercising...if mg jogging ko mgsakit ako pus-on after dko kabarog, ng attend2x ko og aerokicks but dli pod cge ky mgsakit lagi ako pus-on...sakto ka sis gsto ko mo firm ako tyan but dli to the point nga ma 6 packs...hehhehe...plan ko anang mga laser2x but inquire pako how much nang ingana...

    hala ako sad sis CS sad ko sa 2 kids pa jud nako nah jogging and starvation didnt work for me kay mo crave man gud ko after mo bloat ko samot.
