USB on Write Protect virus

I have this USB. it's a ridata 2.0 and i want to format it... But, i can't. The error says "Device is write protected". I already tried everything to format it. I have downloaded a lot of software to remove the write protection, still does not work... I also got formatters, recovery and some registry reviver. still does not work. i also consulted some technician, and typically they can't/won't help. (for profit purposes). I've been searching the web for months... i still can't find any answer.

Does anybody solve this problem.. please post how you did it.
