kaon og daghan, inom og whey protein every 2 hours...
nya gymn. vitamin C..
mutlivaitins... fruits.. ice cream!!!
It's pretty simple..Never exercise, Eat what you want..the problem only is that you have an incredible metabolism..

problem lang ana nila is the sugar and the triglycerides.
