March 31, Ending inventory is equal to 90% of the next months sales in units. All sales are on credit, with no discount and payable w/in 15days. Only 25% of the month's sales are collected by month end. And additional 50% is collected in the following month, and the remaining 25% is collected in the 2nd month following sale. Given only the balance sheet of the prior month. Please show how to find budgeted sales per unit and budgeted ending inventory for the next month.
