18\20K Budget for PC, suggestions needed

What hardwares can you suggest for a PC with a budget range of 18\20 K?
Monitor and OS not included.
I prefer Intel i3\i5 series cpu.
I am not savvy about computer setups, so your expertise/suggestions/tips will
help me simplify the burden of having to make a decision.

core i3/i5 are a good choice for a processors. just don't spend so much on ram - 2gb is sufficient. don't invest on a discrete gpu if your seriously into 3d rendering/games. corei3/i5 does have a pretty decent graphics engine. it's wiser to spend your extra pesos on a higher/faster processor.

bro para dili ka mahago og setup palita na lang to sa ako brother....gikan sa taiwan....ang palit niya kay 40t nya iya ra ibaligya og 25t...windows 7,dual-core,2gb ram,320harddisk,dvd combo cd-r rewritable,1 gb video card,21in lcd samsung, headset,logitech webcam, og speaker....ayos kaayo....
