    Unsaon diay pag pa kusgan sa triceps? Ga gym ko nya weak ayo ko ig triceps and biceps. 25 pounds ra guru dumbbells maximum... Unsa inyo ika suggest? wala pa koy muscles na maklaro.. kay natabonans fat. hehehe.. 175lbs. 5'10....
    And firm usa ko daan den muscle build up? or muscle build up first then firm

    pumping 1st then cutting.
    pumping is like 15-12-10 reps. 3 sets nya HEAVY para muburot imo muscles
    cutting is like 20-20-20 reps. 3 sets nya med weight para ma porma ang muscles
    ALWAYS find ways to intake protein every after gym pra ma replenish imo protein kay fats and protein may wagtang sa gym and protein is needed to build mass.
    to burn fat faster, gym with an empty stomach para imo stored fat ang matunaw. dli ang digested fat

    triceps depende sa workout imo gabuhaton.. ask youre fitness trainer. theyre the best person to approach

    daghan man pampadako sa tricep nya dumbbells ra needed

    like tricep extention. pull-over. etc.

    boss ana gyd na basta bag.o pa ta sugod... hinay-hinay lng, di rna nimo mabantayan makusgan rka... pila na ka months / years nag gym boss?

    pwede tana, kanang amino acid ba. i take na before mag gym or after mag gym na?

    Mas maayo siguro sa GYM thread ni ipost kay mas daghan makatubag didto. Ngano 25 lbs raman basig kulang ka sa kaon.. Hinay hinaya lang ug pataas ang weights inya ayaw palabi og workout. Kingahanlan naa kay 2-3 days rest taga semana.
