tsk tsk tsk.... We could never avoid it.. may it be at school, at work, project... Sometimes we do have this feeling that 'I could have done better if i have been a leader'. Well... What do you have to say?!

..hehehe. i know the feeling. way back college i declined the offer of being college governor, so i had my best friend took the position. It turned out that my friend was a bit slow with his decisions, so what i did was to help him out.

It happens in our country a lot and it is very common. That's what the mentality of filipinos. Filipino hates the most stronger person thats why most of us prefers the weakest leader. Hirap Estrada is the example of such.

i dont think we are afraid of the strongest leader.... our election is just tainted with too much deceit... we do wish to elect the most capable leader... but others are thinking otherwise... dili lang ta pareho ug wavelength...

for me you don't have to be the strongest person to be a good leader. we'ven been through a strong and brilliant leader but still it was the worst part in our history being an independent nation.

we all like to elect the most capable leaders and yep lahi2x ta og wavelength... some see the other person as more capable than the other person.

Weaker in what sense?

I wouldn't mind the physical aspect of the person. What matters to me is how much you know the job and how good you are at it.

Where I work, majority of the leaders here DO NOT KNOW SCRATCH, which is kinda frustrating to see them there with their empty brains. Fortunately, I am under someone who has skill enough to be relied on.

yeah ako pud. i dont really mind if a leader is physically weak, in fact mag expect naman ko na leaders are really that way.
