Mozcom PayEasy encourages the development and adoption of e-commerce in the Philippines and provides incentives and support to would-be online entreprenuers. This competition gives students a real-worl entreprenuerial busines experience.

Contest rules:
1. Contestant(s) must be a dully-enrolled college or post- college student for school year 2006-07 in a reputable school

2. E-commerce contest entry must have an online payment or transaction component, but need to be 100% online
(For example, actual delivery of goods or services may be physical)

3. Ideas may be implemented using any commercial or open source tool and platform. Contestant(s) may opt to use and
customize off-the-shelf Mozcom e-commerce solution to implement idea. Mozcom can assist you with the implementation
should you decide to use our off-the-shelf solutions.

Mechanics:

1. Interested parties should fill-up the online contest entry form together with the product/service write-up to Mozcom Inc. on or
before 30 SEPTEMBER 2006. Log on to http://www.payeasy.ph/e3.asp and fill-up the online contest entry form.

2. Applicant may be an individual or a team.

3. There is no limit to the number of entries a single party may submit.

4. Pre-screening will be conducted from NOVEMBER 1 to 15 determine finalists.

5. Project will be implemented from 16 NOVEMBER to 31 JANUARY 2007.

6. Finalist are required to present their entries to the board of Judges for the initial presentation on 2007 FEBRUARY 1 to 14.

7. A grand prize and a runner-up will be awarded.

8. Awarding will be held on the night of 15 FEBRUARY 2007.

4. Market Potential (20%)
5. Implementation (20%)

Prizes:
1.Cash Prize of P25,000 and trophy for Grand Prize ; P10,000 and Plaque for the Runner-up; and Plaques for the finalists
2.Contract for continued commercialization of winning entry, which will include hosting, payment processing, back-end support,
marketing and advertising.
3. Winnes will be featured in Mozcom and PayEasy websites.
