    fine...by da way parts..babae po ako=).. eat mn jd ko dghan rice pero lng dli lng ko drink ug milk before ko sleep..okiez a2ng suyawan...

    do some exercise weight lift and others then eat a lot! sooner or later mo form na imo body, i have these kind of problem b4 bisag unsaon pa ka dako ako kaon dili jud ko mo tambok and since after i go to gym nagka msucle nako then ni dako dako na gamay!

    mag gym? what are other options for lazy people like me?...
    kaon man pud ko taman..but i think mawagtang dayon akong appetite after pila ka minutes....i feel hungry every 2hrs though, then if my parastites won't get the nutrition they have to get at the right time, mawagtangan na dayon kog gana...

    unsa man man ni?

    i am planning that mn as soon as i have na a stable job cz i need a special treatment mn gd. dli ko pwede mapataka lng ug engage ug mga exercises i need to have an advise from a doctor or a physical therapist cz scoliotic mn ko

    What else pmn except anang exercises?....

    eat ... sleep... eat... sleep... mao ra gyud na... wai sekreto anah.. pero exercise lang ginagmay maski walking lang kay basi ma sobrahan.
