first step.. create your rule... Do's and Don'ts...

1. DO try to know thru her intimate closest friend in the office, her likes and dislikes. You can get to know the person w/o being too personal on her.
2. DO try to show interest to her by asking her out in a personal date or if you have IMs or emails.. email her some thing she can have interest with..
3. DO give respect when she has her work to do.. never intrude or get to ask her out when your boss is asking for that monthly report from her... or if she's too busy.. take time to finish her work also.

DON'TS..

1. DONT try to mix business with pleasure.... (business is business as work is work and pleasure is pleasure)
2 DONT over stress yourself, give tell take signs you like her, if she don't bite your bait.. then learn to give time and space to the girl nalang.
3. DONT tell your officemates of your hidden feelings for the girl.. the last thing a girl wants, is for all the whole company to know your affairs.. girls like to be secretive with everything.. and it's not good that the whole company to know about your personal affairs.. especially if it reaches your boss's ears.. you two (the girl) might be fired for just that.. companies like to have the integrity of getting the job or work done on the table over any other personal interests..

i'd say invite your officemates including her to a party, sports or outing. why? because is this the best time everyone will enjoy the moment. this is also your best camouflage approach without any malice. it's all about fun, fun, fun and consciously talk to the group with her some interesting things like funny stories, jokes etc to keep her attention to you. then your next move is to approach her if in a party (dance), if in sports (teammate), if in outing (ask help on something with her and tell her "it would be fun"). then be yourself
