just to add.... just make sure also to check the cars condition first before buying. para no regrets pag palit

best to look for local units instead sa mga surplus... if u want less headaches go for local units..

Definitely b/c his asking on what he needs, not what he wants... hehehehe

Now, assuming that he already has in mind what he wants and go for it, the seller
will provide all the documents and information about his trade (CR & OR Original,
Deed of Absolute Sale, Seller's ID) and the condition of the car, fuel consumption
and many others will come along.
