This really depends, bro. But the most common one in pricing web development is:

1. Calculate the no. of hours you think you can work for this project. Make it as detailed as possible like hours per feature/module.

2. Multiply the total no. of hours to your Hourly Rate to get the price per feature/module. If you are currently working, you can get your Hourly Rate by calculating based on your Monthly Salary.


When you already get the Grand Total Price, increase a little of up to 25% coz always assume nga mohangyo pa imong client. Your Grand total price may be your last price para di ka alkansihon.

Some developers charge an additional monthly Maintenance fee or kung sa abogado pa, kanang retainer fee of up to 12 months (bisan wala gani pay trabaho-on every month). Kung daghan kay kag clients paying you maintenance fees every month, aw this is a good Passive Income already for you. Aside from that, if there are additional functionalities or features that your client wants, aw additional bayad nasad on top pa gyud of this monthly maintenance fee.


Kung "inato-style" lang kay friend lagi, aw, pwede raman imo lang presyohan kung pila kailangan nimo nga kwarta karon like naa ba ka gustong paliton pero di ka kapalit kay way kwarta so mao nani chance nga makapalit ka.
