    Default Is it possible to stay healthy when you're in graveyard shift?


    Kasulay ko sauna ug graveyard ko from Mon-Fri for 2 months intervals sa usa ka IT company. Para nako kulata man kaayo akong lawas atu.

    Sa mga nagdugay ug nightshift unsay inyo gbuhat to stay healthy? possible ba?

    la ko kasuway ana dah, try dw taking centrum, stresstabs then exercise ka sa gym nga naay sauna and steam.

    eat a balance diet.

    change ur eating sked..

    breakfast is 6-8pm
    lunch is 11-1am
    dinner is 6-8am

    sus eat lots of fruits and make sure makabawi ka ug sleep for 2 years nko ng graveyard shift so far wa paman na graveyard hahaha

    yes it is.. its just a matter of self discipline.. time management is one also..
    I'll make sure nga maka sleep ko atleast 5 hours straight which is lisod kaayo kay super kainit kron.. proper diet, and for now I engaged to badminton.. which is so good.. Vitamin C intake is very much important also so thanks to Ultima-C..

    dili gyud ka ma healthy... for a fact imu tulog dili normal... mas delicado ang mga baabe ani maka breast cancer.. maka develop sila ani while awake ig gabii... gi balita naman ni sa news

    i dnt think so.. matulog diay ig ka adlaw.. in developing breast cancer one factor that could trigger is stress..

    5 hours is 1 hour short pa gani for the advisable hours of sleep. Ang kainit pud mabuntag, ang solution ani ipa aircon imu kwarto nya pag butang ug blinds or kurtina nga dark para walay light makasulod sa imu room. Kana kung maafford nimu sa imu sweldo.

    Exercise gyud dapat. Vit. C or better yet multivitamins everyday.
