At Php10K, what's the best AM3 board with IGP, procie and RAM?

Guys, I need your suggestions on what's the best AM3 board with IGP, AMD procie and RAM that fits the 10k budget.
I only need these parts since all the other components are already available.
Just based your prices on Cebu stores.

EMAXX 785G-FXN + Athlon X2 250 + 2GB Kingston RAM is already a good set-up I think but I want to hear from you guys.

My suggestions:

For your motherboard

Asus M4A785-M (Php 3,800) this motherboard supports both AM2+ and AM3
specs:
8 channel HDMI audio
IGP = ATI Radeon 4100 HD (High Definition) up 512mb video memory (N.B. good for gaming)

For your CPU I suggest you choose Athlon II X3 435 (2.9G) 2mb AM3 priced at Php 3,800 way much better than Anthon X2 250 i.e. the latter is still running in dual-core while the former is already running at triple-core with only a little price difference

And lastly for your RAM choose Kingston 2gig 800FSB priced at Php 2,400
