    bec0z naka inom naku pearl white for 3 weeks and feel naku d kaayo effective pero ni balhin ko sa fitne for 2weeks ongoing pa ning niwang jud daw ko ana ako mga igagaw but maka ayo kaha ni or gi cancer naku ngari sa ako lawas? hahahahahaha

    wa ko kahibaw ana nga brands nga imung gimention kung naa ba na sila side-effects..usa ra man gud nga brand ang sure ko nga wa'y side effects..nindot jud nang green tea kung magpadaot ka kay mu-detox man na..coupled with regular exercise and the right foods,..aw, mas madali jud ang imung pagpadaot ana..

    I suggest you just do the Math.
    3500 calories makes 1 lb of fat.

    1 cup of ice cream = 300 cal
    1 cup of rice = 200 cal
    1 slice of bread = 70 cal
    skyflakes = 100 cal

    jogging for 15 mins = 130 cal burned =)

    So if daghan ka excess of calories in a day, mo-add up jud na sa imong weight in a month.
    Bisan mag-jogging pa ka kada-adlaw for 15 mins, ayaw pag-dahum mo-slim na ka.
    Dapat, bantayan sad imong gika-on.

    uu mao mana pirmi nako imnon kada buntag, kanang init gyud kaayo ang tubig kay manggawas imong singot ana. mas maayo kung mag exercise inig human dayon ug inom,ayaw nang alas 3 pa sa hapon hehe, 1 week ra lage na.
