Replacement:
If a factory defect is encountered within the specified replacement period, I agree to replace the unit without charges. Replacement is subject to the discretion of our technical team. The gadgets are subject to inspection before exchange.
Item/s for exchange shall be honored only if it comes with its complete box, manual, cd, accessories and is in its original condition. Default screen protectors and plastics must also be intact. It must be free from any physical damage. Furthermore, for DSLR?s maximum allowable actuation is only fifty.
Service Warranty Agreement:
If the gadget encounters a defect (defective materials or production faults) during the warranty period, supplier will repair the unit free of charge. (Parts not included)
This warranty does NOT cover any of the following:
1. Defects or malfunctions arising from improper care, misuse or abuse of the product, negligence by the user.
2. Damage caused by sand/dust water or battery leakage, or accidents/events caused by natural calamities (such as flood, fire)
3. Damage to or defects in accessories, including batteries and other consumables.
4. Damage to or defects in any instruction or manual, any software provided CD or any damage arising from the installation of any such software.
5. Any consequential or incidental damages resulting from any breach of warranty express and implied applicable to the products.
Furthermore, warranty is void if the product is modified, tampered, altered, converted or repaired in any way by any person other than my supplier?s staff. It is your responsibility to back up all data, or other materials you have stored in your unit. We will not be responsible for such damage or loss.
Repair usually takes 2-4 weeks, but may be longer. All repairs warranted for 90 days.
