kinsa man nag idea ani in the first place?
i have seen what cebu looked like in the 90s.
And honestly, Cebu looked alot cleaner and better in the 90s than it is today.
and the wires really turn off 80% of tourists travelling here.
Is it that our government is Pure Lazy setting these wires underground is not expensive. trust me.

i've lived in singapore.
nya na underground nila ng mga wires of about 11km in just 1 week. murag 1999 pato. bati pa ky ng technology ato.

good idea na bro. sa pag kakaron murag lisod gyud na e implement....first thing to do make survey sa site, cost estimates, planning like layouts, diagrams etc....ug daghan pa gyud ang kinahanglanon ani aside sa akong gi pang mention and it will cost billions...though it will create lots of job. grabe gyud ang mga obstacles ani labi na ang pdlt, mcwd nag uder ground routing sad cla...sa ako lang side ha dili pa gyud ni mamaterialize for the next 30 yrs.
