no matter how prepared you are when that time comes you will still get hurt and it hurts ALOT.

cguro right now start to accept things nalang, i-anad imu self and i-condition imu mind na things will never be the same again. its gonna be a long ang painful process but at least dili na kaau sakit. then hinay-hinaya ug cut ang number of hours na kuyog mo then number of days and etc.
