    Default Looking for investor

    I'm looking for investor for any business suitable on our existing land in samboan, cebu. The lot is dormant for years now, then sayang kaau way gamit.

    The place is barangay monteverde, municipality of samboan cebu. The 2.3hectares is situated along the barangay road in going to oslob an going project of the gov`t. The electrical post and supply of water is within the property. From the municipality of samboan there is a brgy. road in going to the place. It overlooking the province of negros and sumilon island. Tourist place because of the existing falls in the place.

    Any suggestion sa place are welcome.
