Guys, we have finally agreed on a set of guidlines for our IPC monthly photo contest. We expect you to follow the guidelines to ensure that our photocontest will be smooth-flowing and more importantly, sustainable.
Here we go....
1. Open to all official IPC members.
2. Theme for this Month of May: SEASCAPE
3. You can submit a maximum of two 8x12 printed photos.
4. You can choose your own medium (paper).
5. No inappropiate photos!
6. Photos must be taken during the shooting period, which is from the 16th of the previous month to the 15th of the current month.
7. Only global enhancements, as well as dodge and burn, are allowed. No HDRs.
8. No borders, watermarks or signatures are allowed.
9. The pictures must have not yet been uploaded to any website, especially istorya.net, facebook, flickr, photobucket or multiply.
10. Deadline of submission will be every 21st of the month. Place of submission will be in Bizroute Solutions, rm 302 Keppel Center, Cebu Business Park.
11. Judging of entries will be announced on a later date.
12. Judges will be accomplished photographers.
13. The decision of the judges will be final and non-appealable.
For the Month of April, as previously agreed, it will be from the IPC 1st Annual Bikin Shoot in Sulpa Island. However, rule #9 will be suspended for this particular Monthly Contest.
For February (Love in Black and White) and March (South Bound Trip), rule #9 is likewise suspended. Deadline of submissions of the photos for Feb-May will be on May 21, 2010.
